Delete your KwikRide account
You can delete your KwikRide account and associated personal data either inside the app or by sending a verified request through this page.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Open KwikRide and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the warning, type
DELETE, and confirm.
This is the fastest method because it verifies the request through your signed-in account.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Send the request from the email address registered with your KwikRide account.

Include:
- Your registered email address.
- The last four digits of your registered phone number.
- The words: “Please delete my KwikRide account and associated personal data.”
Do not email Aadhaar, Driving Licence images, passwords, OTPs or full payment information.
What is deleted
- Account access and active authentication sessions.
- Direct profile information associated with the account.
- KYC documents stored for that account.
- Notification tokens and other account-specific access data.
- Favorites and other account-linked personal preferences.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained only where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety, disputes or security. Where possible, historical operational records are anonymized or de-identified so they no longer directly identify the deleted account.
Identity verification
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, KwikRide may ask for limited verification using information already associated with the account. We will never ask you to send your password or OTP.
